WOW! Great customer service. I am starting up a business and needed announcement paper; I bought a kit online which included announcement and note cards. Five days later all I received were the announcements. I called and explained what had happened and I received an apology and immediately was taken care of. The customer service rep asked if I needed the package sent overnight to my location (I didn't) she then told me that not only would I get the note cards but also another order of announcements (because they were a kit). Again Great Customer Service and I will definitely buy from The Image Shop again. Thanks!

Thank you so much for your help on the phone last week! I got home Friday and found my package. I was so excited! The prices were fair and the paper looked great. My only regret is that looking at your catalog I see even MORE paper I would like. I think a lot of my customers will love the wedding papers.
