Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within one to two business days, unless otherwise notified. Many of those ship the same day. We do have to hedge a little though. We have a lot of products and some of them ship from different locations. The time of day you place the order is usually the deciding factor. Larger orders may take an extra day or two to get out. If it looks like there is going to be any delay, we will contact you right away. Rest assured, we will get your order out as soon as possible.

USA Destinations

For US destinations, ground shipments use either FedEx or USPS at our discretion. During the checkout process you can choose the shipping method you prefer. Neither carrier will pick up or deliver on US Federal Holidays or weekends; this includes Next Day Air shipments. For instance, Next Day Air shipments dispatched on Friday will arrive on Monday.

International Destinations

Our website does not calculate shipping for international packages. We will get back to you via email with the various shipping options available. Typically we quote both FedEx and the USPS. Please let us know via return email which shipping method you prefer. We are able to track and monitor your FedEx shipments; however tracking is not available when choosing USPS. Please note packages sent out of this country are subject to the terms and conditions of the destination country. Your shipment is subject to duties and taxes levied by your country. FedEx & UPS may also charge a brokerage fee. The Image Shop is not responsible for additional fees levied by the shipping company or country of destination.

Transit Times

Different items ship from different locations. The majority of the United States is no more than five business days away. The bulk of our items ship from Claremont, California.

We also offer 3-Day, 2nd Day and Next day Air Services. If timing is critical, please call or drop as an email and we can verify shipping times.

Shipping Errors

As our goal is your complete satisfaction, we work very hard to make certain your order is processed and shipped correctly. We take all precautions to prevent errors during order processing, however, errors may still occur. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will do our best to swiftly rectify the problem. If you feel that an error has been made, please contact our offices within 48 hours of your package receipt. If we need to resend the product(s), we will do so at the same shipping service level as the original order. Upgrades to shipping are the responsibility of the customer. The Image Shop will not be liable for damages or losses sustained in any way for the products, processing and delivery of your orders.

Damage in Transit

If there is noticeable damage to the outer carton upon receipt please sign for the product as damaged. If the contents inside are damaged and you need to make a claim please contact our customer service department at 888-747-7750 Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm PST. Please do not discard the outer carton or contents as they will be needed for examination. Pictures are also very helpful. While your claim may take several days, we will promptly replace the contents.
