Most orders ship within one business day. Many ship the same day.

Backorders
All out of stock items will be placed on backorder automatically unless specifically requested not to. We will ship backorders as soon as possible.
Backorders under $30 will be canceled.
Special Orders
We will gladly special order items from any of our manufacturers. Please call for pricing and lead times. The following conditions apply to special orders:
1. Must be ordered in multiples of the manufacturers minimum shipping/order quantity and are not returnable.
2. Orders may not be canceled once placed with the manufacturer.
Terms
We will gladly accept payment by credit card or pre-payment by check.
(Sorry no COD's).
We will also open a Net 20 day account. Approval required. Please request an application.
Past due accounts are subject to service interruptions and will be assessed a fee of 1-1/2% per month on past due amounts.
Reasonable attorney's fees and other collection costs will be added when necessary. A service charge of $20.00 will be added to any returned check.
Free Freight is only available to accounts in good standing. Past due account will be billed for the shipping costs on past due invoices.
Returns
No returns are allowed unless prior authorization is received. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition and free of any markings. The product must be returned within 30 calendar days. To insure proper credit please include invoice or packing list numbers. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all product returned other than defectives. Returns must be shipped prepaid. Seasonal/Holiday products are not returnable.
Packaging
Please note that, in order to be consistent, some products may be packed in different quantities than from the manufacturer and do not carry any labeling or bar codes. Please call for details.
Legal Stuff
We reserve the right to increase or decrease prices without notice to reflect changes received from our suppliers and to correct errors.
These terms and conditions apply specifically to our dealers and, as such, supercede any general conditions as described on our website.
