Navigating

We have a lot of products and we know that sorting through them all can be a daunting task. In order to make things easier, we have grouped products into departments. Each department has it’s own set of sub-departments. A “bread crumb” navigation bar will be there as you move through each department. This allows you to back up a step (or more) if you need to. We also have incorporated a powerful search engine into the site. You can search for products by Name, Product Code, Manufacturer Part Number or by Keyword. You can place an order through our website, by telephone or by fax.

Website Orders
You can order through our website 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The Image Shop operates a secure ecommerce website. We use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts (or encodes) sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. Telephone Orders
If you prefer to speak with one of our representatives to place your order you can reach us by telephone during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Request Samples (top)

We are happy to send you up to ten different samples of paper items free of charge. We are flexible, if you need more than one copy for another department or person to see, please let us know. Requests for non-paper items are handled on a case by case basis. Obviously, there are some items we cannot send samples of.

Sales Tax of 7.75% will be charged to all orders shipped into the state of California . Orders shipped outside California will not be charged Sales Tax.

Before you ever enter any personal information, you can get an accurate shipping quote by clicking on the “Preview Shipping Options” button in the shopping cart. It will base the shipping rate on the items currently in your cart and your zip code.
